Notice of BTCo Annual General Meeting.

Monday 25th November 7:30pm

As per the Constitution, all committee positions will be declared vacant and nominations for the year will be open to members voted from the floor.

All current financial members (July 2013 – June 2014) are entitled to nominate, be nominated and vote. If you are not currently a financial member you are welcome to pay the $15 membership fee on the night.

The positions vacant are:
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, General Members

Minutes of the last AGM (2012).
Business arising from the previous minutes
Reports of the outgoing committee
Questions/discussion from the floor regarding the reports
Nominations and election of the committee positions for the new committee (2013/14)
General Business
