Blackout Theatre Company is a not for profit community theatre company based in Western Sydney.
From humble beginnings 25 years ago, we now call the Pioneer Theatre in Castle Hill home.
We are proud of our strong history, achievements, and sense of community. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are committed to maintaining our reputation for providing quality entertainment in an environment where everyone always feels welcome.

Blackout Theatre came out of the COVID cloud with the NSW amateur premiere of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical in 2021, a fine production of Chicago in May this year, and now an equally fine production of Legally Blonde. If their aim is to get bigger and better, they are certainly achieving it! This production is very slick, very funny … and poignantly pink … just as it should be!
Blackout has spared no expense or energy on this production, which should be a crowd pleaser for theatre-hungry north western Sydney audiences.
